Refund / Exchange policy
Please contact us before sending back any packages as it can get lost in the post and we will not issue a refund or exchange if we don’t receive the package back at our address.
You will be responsible for any cost of returning package back to our address.
Unfortunately, you will not receive a full refund. Shipping cost must be deducted.
Refund/exchange is accepted within 28 days. Product must be in the same condition; unworn, unwashed, undamaged.
Refund can only be made through paypal back to the same card/PayPal account you used to make a payment to us.
Refund will be issued once the package is received and has gone pass our refund team for quality check. We have the rights to refuse a refund if the returned product doesn’t meet with any of the above conditions.
