Refund / Exchange policy 

  • Please contact us before sending back any packages as it can get lost in the post and we will not issue a refund or exchange if we don’t receive the package back at our address.

  • You will be responsible for any cost of returning package back to our address.

  • Unfortunately, you will not receive a full refund. Shipping cost must be deducted. 

  • Refund/exchange is accepted within 28 days. Product must be in the same condition; unworn, unwashed, undamaged. 

  • Refund can only be made through paypal back to the same card/PayPal account  you used to make a payment to us. 

  • Refund will be issued once the package is received and has gone pass our refund team for quality check. We have the rights to refuse a refund if the returned product doesn’t meet with any of the above conditions.
